    We will help you prepare your home for listing with your realtor for occupied homes. Let's schedule a convenient time to visit your home and do a walkthrough consultation. This will take us up to two hours, and we will provide you with everything you need to take the next steps and DIY. The consultation fee, with a possible extended hourly charge, is paid at the end of the session. Other options are available.

    Vacant home staging

    For vacant homes. We provide a walkthrough consultation to assess the space, review the feel and style of the house, its features, spaces, and curb appeal, and your vision and goals. We will do a review, room by room, and take measurements and photos. An immediate quote for renting furniture will be offered before signing an agreement. A consultation fee applies for an hour, paid at the end of the session.

    Vignette-only packages

    We offer Vignette-only rental packages tailored to your needs. Based on your home preparedness, we can suggest and activate ideal accessories for each room to create a cohesive, inviting atmosphere. The intention is to set up in the experiencer’s mind all the wonderful moments they will have in the house. To achieve this, we can Shop For You at an hourly rate. This applies after a completed Occupied Walkthrough Consultation and visit, with a good idea of what will be needed.

    Photos are incredibly important for effectively staging your home. We can assist you in getting a room meticulously ready for a photoshoot as you prepare to collaborate with your realtor.
