  • Vacant Home Walk & Talk Consultation

    We provide a detailed room-by-room Walk & Talk consultation that typically lasts between 1 to 1 1/2 hours to thoroughly review the unique features and overall spirit of your house. Based on your needs, we will suggest a curated rental furniture package to enhance the appeal of each space. On staging day, our dedicated team will oversee and complete the installation process, ensuring that every detail is executed to perfection.

  • Furniture Rental

    Once we have visited your Vacant Home, we can assess how much furniture you will need to create a good stage. We then will offer Rental Packages based on your needs. * We require four main rooms minimum. This also creates a good first impression and flow throughout the house. Staging the entire house though, gives a more consistent appearance and feel. Certain spaces, like kitchen counters, hallways, bathrooms, and closets usually only need a few accessories.

  • Occupied Home Walk & Talk Consultation - DIY

    A 2-hour consultation for each room, indoors and outdoors, to evaluate what needs to be done to get your house ready to sell. You’ll take notes and we’ll provide verbal suggestions. You'll receive a complementary To-Do List, an Ultimate Cleaning Guide, and an Open-House Preparation List. A written report is also available if desired. Additional hours at a lower rate.

  • Occupied Home Staging - Hands-on Session Packages

    If you would like us to return and assist with staging your space, we offer either a 4-hour or a 7-hour session option to best suit your needs. During this time, we will collaborate closely with you to rearrange and enhance your furnishings, ensuring that your home shines in its best light.

  • Prepare a Room for your Realtor's Photoshoot

    Start with one room for a stunning photoshoot that showcases your space. We will help you create this transformation using your own furnishings. We suggest a minimum of 2 hours for the best results, with extra hours offered at a lower rate for your convenience.

    * A two hour session. (The space needs to be clean before stager arrives).

  • Shop For You

    For your occupied home, if we consider that your space could greatly benefit from incorporating a few carefully selected key accessories, we will gladly shop for you at an hourly rate. This service can include a variety of items such as mirrors, rugs, stylish lamps, and beautiful artwork, along with a selection of small decorative objects that can elevate the overall aesthetic of your home.

  • Vignette-Only Rental (Accessories)

    We can also offer a comprehensive and strategic Vignette-only rental package, once we carefully assess what is needed and what would be meaningful for your occupied or vacant home.

    Accessories play a crucial role in tying everything together and serve as the final touch that helps to convey the narrative and sensibility one is striving to achieve in their space.

  • Airbnb Redesign

    We can help stage your space for Airbnb by rearranging your furniture or suggesting new items. Choose from our Occupied Home Staging - Hands-on Session Packages, which are available in 4-hour or 7-hour options. Let us know how we can assist you.

    We will also provide a few guidelines pertaining to the vacation-rental process.
